Temples Museum Naga Koti Navagraha Hanuman Shiva Statio Creator

The most sacred place of Surendrapuri is on the northeast, where one can find the temple complex. The main door of the Panchamukha Hanumadeeswara and Venkateswara Devasthanam is carved with the figures of the main presiding deities with all beauty, grandeur and splendor. At the entrance of the temple are Brahma, Vishnu and Maheswara, the causative trinity of creation, sustenance and dissolution by the serpent Gods. The ‘Gopuras’ of the temple are shaped as the cultural amalgamation of north & south temples. The construction is done in accordance with ‘vastu’ and ‘Agama shastra’. The 16 feet Panchamukha Hanuman idol situated in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple is exquisitely chiseled from out of the black stone specially brought from kanchi. The Panchamukha Hanuman on his own volition, stays at this holy place in visible from and receives the oblations of the devotees.

On the southern side of the temple devotees get the darshan of the mahashiva linga of the Panchamukha Parameswar, similar to that of Pasupatinath temple of Nepal. The devotees themselves can perform Abhisheka here like in Varanasi and Srisailam.

On the northern side of the temple Lord Venkateswara, the supreme God of kali yuga gives his grand darshan along with Godess Lakshmi and is showering bounteous treasures on the devotees.
